TripStop™ is a patented product manufactured from engineered composites for durability and high performance over the planned life cycle of sidewalks. TripStop™ allows concrete to articulate and accommodates significant soil movement and tree root invasion with ease. This reduces the long-term costs of sidewalk maintenance, reduces waste, and virtually eliminates trip and fall hazards.
Since its introduction in 2004, TripStop™ has received many industry awards, including the Gold medal for 'Class D – Building, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction, Materials, Woodwork' at the 2006 International Exhibition of Inventions and New Techniques in Geneva, Switzerland, the Best New Product 2005 award at the CivEnEx show in Sydney, Australia, and the 2005 INNOVIC 'Next Big Thing Award'.
